| In the past few weeks, Arizona Grain, Inc has completed the consolidation of EMC Feeds into its operations. As part of that process we are reviewing each customer’s account profile and have found that many account files have information that is outdated and may not reflect the customers current operations, contact information, and financial status. To get our customer files current, we are requesting that our customers update their business account information.
We will also be reviewing customer credit limits since most of our credit limits were set several years ago when the costs of products were much different than they are today. With the higher costs of feed, ingredients and the increased size of the operations serviced by Arizona Grain, most accounts need to have their credit limits adjusted. This new information will help us review and adjust the amount of credit available to our customers to help them conduct their normal business operations.
With those thoughts in mind, we are asking our customers to fill out and return the enclosed Customer information sheet, credit application, tax exemption certificates and W-9 forms. Providing this updated information will help Arizona Grain continue to serve you in the most efficient manner.
